  3. Wash the green and red bell peppers and onion, and cut them into 2.5 cm cubes.
  4. Wash the celery, let it drain, and cut it into sections.
  5. After prepping, marinate the beef with 1 tbsp of minced garlic and enough salt and pepper. Let it marinate for 15 minutes for the flavors to meld.
  6. Make the sauce by mixing chili sauce, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and white sugar in a bowl.
Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add the noodles, and stir-fry with a pinch of salt for 3 minutes. Remove the noodles and set them aside on a plate.
  2. In the same pan, add more oil and heat it over medium heat. When hot, add the green and red bell peppers, onion, and 50 ml of water. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes, then remove and set aside.
  3. Next, heat more oil in the pan, add the marinated beef, and stir-fry for about 1 minute until it’s slightly cooked. Then, add the sautéed bell peppers along with the prepared sauce.
  4. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes until the beef and vegetables absorb the sauce, then add the chopped celery, stirring well before turning off the heat.

Serve the stir-fried beef over the noodles and enjoy!

The finished dish has a vibrant color, with tender, sweet beef that’s well-seasoned and not tough. The sauce is rich and fragrant, with a lovely aroma of celery. This stir-fried dish is best served hot with a side of soy sauce. Enjoy your meal!
