Babies from 11 months old can eat the same food as the family, making this noodle recipe suitable for everyone to enjoy. However, moms should be cautious since crab can be an allergenic food. When introducing it to children, start with a small amount and observe their reactions while eating.

Mekong Premium Rice pasta
200 gr
Crab meat
300 gr
Chicken bones
200 gr
Carrot
1
Corn kernels
100 gr
Shallots
2
Salt and pepper
to taste
Preparation
- Marinate the crab meat with salt and pepper.
- Boil Mekong Premium Rice pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Peel and wash the carrot, then dice it into small cubes.
- Peel and finely chop the shallots.
- Wash the chicken bones and simmer them with 1 liter of water for 1 hour. Strain to obtain clear broth.
Cooking Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped shallots until fragrant. Then, add the crab meat and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Bring the chicken broth to a boil. Once boiling, add the diced carrot and corn kernels, cooking for 20 minutes.
- Add the crab meat and noodles to the pot and bring it to a boil. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then turn off the heat.
For adult servings, you can add Vietnamese coriander and chopped green onions.
