Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Ribs:Clean the pork ribs and cut them into 4 cm pieces. Boil a pot of water with 1 tbsp of salt, then add the ribs. Once the water boils again, continue boiling for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat. Remove the ribs and rinse them under cold water.
  2. Cook the Macaroni:Boil the Mekong Premium according to the package instructions.
  3. Prepare the Quail Eggs:Boil the quail eggs until cooked, then peel them.
  4. Prepare Vegetables:Peel and leave 1 onion whole, then dice the other. Wash and peel the carrots, cut them into 0.5 cm thick slices, and shape them into flower designs. Wash the green onions and cilantro, then chop them finely.
Cooking Instructions
  1. Make the Meatballs:Mix the ground pork with the diced onion, minced shallots, 1 tbsp of seasoning powder, and 1 tsp of pepper. Form the mixture into small meatballs and set aside.
  2. Simmer the Broth:In a pot, combine the cleaned pork ribs, flower-shaped carrots, the whole onion, 2.5 liters of water, and a pinch of salt. Stir well, cover the pot, and set it to soup mode for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, let it sit for another 30 minutes. Then, remove the lid, skim off any fat, and take out the whole onion. Return to cooking mode and add the meatballs and quail eggs, cooking for an additional 15 minutes.
  3. Serve:Place a portion of macaroni into a bowl. Ladle the broth over the macaroni, along with the pork ribs, carrots, meatballs, and quail eggs. Garnish with fried shallots, chopped green onions, cilantro, and ground pepper. Enjoy your meal!
