Shiitake Mushrooms

Oyster Mushrooms

Preparation Steps
  1. Cook the Noodles: Boil the Mekong Premium according to the package instructions.
  2. Prepare the Mushrooms: Soak the shiitake mushrooms in cold water for 30 minutes, then rinse and chop them. Clean the oyster mushrooms, removing the stems, and tear them into large strips.

Prepare the Vegetables: Remove the leaves from the Dalat celery, wash the stalks, and slice them diagonally. Rinse the bell peppers and cut them into strips. Wash the tomato and cut it into wedges. Chop the shallots.

Cooking Instructions
  1. Stir-Fry the Ingredients: Heat the cooking oil in a pan and sauté the chopped shallots until fragrant. Add the oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms, seasoning with a pinch of salt, and stir-fry over high heat for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the Vegetables: Next, incorporate the tomato, soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, ketchup, vegetarian seasoning, and salt, mixing well. Add the celery and bell peppers, continuing to stir-fry over high heat for another 3 minutes.
  3. Combine with Noodles: Add the cooked noodles to the pan and stir-fry everything together over high heat for 2 minutes, allowing the noodles to absorb the delicious flavors while mixing with the fresh vegetables and mushrooms.
